Eng. Tarek Talaat Moustafa


Tarek Talaat Moustafa, Chairman of Talaat Moustafa Group Holdings and Alexandria for Construction Company, as well as other certain companies operating in the construction sector, of which the Talaat Moustafa Family has significant holdings since the early 1970s. He is also the Director of various companies operating in the real estate and tourism sectors that are controlled by the Talaat Moustafa group. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alexandria in 1975.

Eng. Hisham Talaat Mostafa

CEO and Managing Director

The founder of TMG Holding company, and the youngest son of the Group’s founder Eng. Talaat Mostafa, throughout his leadership of TMG’s real estate businesses, the group has established all its developments in both the real estate and tourism investment markets, Mr. Hisham holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University.

Mr. Gamal El Gindy

Vice President and Supervisor of the Bureau

Gamal El Gindy is the Administrative Vice-President of the Chairman’s Office at TMG since 1983. Mr Guindy holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Eng. Sherif Ghoniem

Vice President For The Marketing and Sales Sectors

Sherif Ghoneim is the Sales & Marketing Vice-President at TMG since 1993. Prior to joining TMG, he was the Sales Manager for an international development company.

Eng. Wael El Deeb

Executive Vice President For Projects Management

Wael El Deeb is the Executive Vice President For Projects Management at TMG since 2014, he was Chief Executive Officer at Areez Arabia LTD. Co from the year 2008 to 2014, he was also the General Technical Manager at Samsung Construction Company from 2005 to 2007. He was also the Projects Director at Alexandria Construction Company (ACC) from 1986 to 2005. Mr. El Deeb holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering & Diploma in construction Project Management.

Eng. Ahmed Afifi

Vice President For Madinaty's Project

Ahmed Afify is the Madinaty Project Management, Vice-President at TMG since 1995. Prior to joining TMG, he was the Manager of the AMBRIC, branch of Alexandria for four years, and prior to that he was the General Executing Manager of a construction company located in Saudi Arabia. Mr Afify holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Mr. Jehad El Sawaftah

Vice President For The Hotels, Financial Control and Information Technology Sectors

Jihad M. Sawaftah was appointed Chief Financial Officer of TMG in October 2007. Prior to this date, Mr Sawaftah was the Vice-President, Financial Control and Information Technology Head with responsibilities for each of the Operating Companies from 2004 to 2007. Before joining TMG, Mr Sawaftah worked with HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and served, among other positions, as Group Financial Controller of Kingdom Hotel Investment Group and as Chief Financial Officer of Kingdom Planet Hollywood. Mr Sawaftah holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking and Accounting from Yarmouk University, Jordan.

Eng. Mohamed Atef

Vice President For The Technical Affairs Sector

Mohamed Atef is the Technical Affairs Vice-President at TMG since 2005. Prior to joining TMG, he was the Project Manager for Kingdom Investment Hotels Co. from the year 2004 to 2005, he was also the Project Manager for Bechtel International from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Atef holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Eng. Samy Moukhtar

Senior Vice President for the Technical Affairs - Alexandria Projects

Sami Mokhtar is the San Stefano Project Vice-President at TMG since 1992. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Eng. Mohamed El Shazly

Vice President For The Sales Sector

Mohamed Al Shazly is the Sales Vice-President at TMG since 2000. He Holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Mr. Mohamed Nouh

Vice President For The Real Estate

Mr. Mohamed Nouh worked in Talaat Mostafa Group over 25 years and during his career , he was the financial manager of Alexandria for real estate investment and the real estate sector head in Arab company for projects and urban development. Mr. Mohamed Nouh graduated from faculty of commerce in 1980.
